AllPDFTools provides web-based PDF processing tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking, protecting, and editing PDF documents. The Service is available in free and paid tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllPDFTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information and files.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, by sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
